The EIS velocity event is a diffuse area in the bottom-right corner of raster. It lies to the south and west of a bright point that is part of the large BP complex. The AIA 193 movie shows no structure that obviously corresponds with the EIS feature. It's possible that the event may be analogous to an AR outflow region in that it occurs in a dark region next to bright loops.
The line intensities in this area are around 20-30 and line widths around 85-110 mA. The lines are weakly asymmetric and velocities range from 15 to 30 km/s.
