This was the first of five EIS events that came from a bright point
that was present from the beginning of the HOP 177 sequence and lived
for about 26 hours longer.The others are 10, 19, 21 and 27.
In the EIS 195 image, the bright point has a squarish shape about
25"x25", with the brightest region in
the bottom right corner. The EIS jet extends southward for about 40"
from the middle part of the bright point, just to the right of the
brightest region. Although column-like, it is quite diffuse and
broad, diverging with height. Note that the bright point does not emit
in Fe XV 284.
The AIA movie does not show any evidence of a jet-like structure coming from the BP. The BP is quite dynamic, but there is no obvious event that could be related to the EIS feature.
The EIS line profiles in the jet are about 90-100 mA, and thus broader than surrounding coronal hole. The line profiles also show evidence of asymmetry, with an enhanced blue wing.
