HOP 177 observation for 28-31 March 2015


The second run of HOP 177 was performed in the weekend plan from 28 to 31 March 2015 when there was a large extension of the south coronal hole.

Observation sequences

I requested that one XRT synoptic be performed each day during the plan at about 06:00 UT. A context image from AIA showing the pointing is given below.


EIS

There are separate runs of Large_CH_Map at 28th 10:17 (x18), 29th 06:25 (x21), 30th 05:55 (x22). All 61 files were successfully downloaded and processed, and there doesn't seem to be the data dropout problems of the Feb-2011 data-set.

IRIS

Gregal Vissers was the planner, and the items from the IRIS plan are:

The first run yielded 81 rasters, and all of the SJI filters were obtained at the same cadence. The second run returned 72 rasters.
